What we do
A complete lottery operation, from outlet to payout.
LLCL combines a nationwide retail model with a modern digital platform. Here is what powers every ticket we sell.
Smart POS terminals
Every outlet sells on a dedicated terminal with a built-in printer. Tickets print in seconds with a unique ID and QR code.
Instant wallet top-ups
Agents load their selling balance in minutes through secure mobile money and card payments, with no trips to the office.
Sealed, recorded draws
Each draw closes automatically at cut-off. Results are digitally sealed and every step is logged for audit.
Automatic win checks
Winning tickets are graded by the system using the official multipliers, so payouts are fast and consistent.
Agents, sub-agents & sellers
A clear structure lets agents build their own team of sellers and track every sale and commission.
Real-time notifications
Draw times, results and important notices reach every terminal and phone in the network instantly.
How it works
Simple for players. Powerful for agents.
Players buy from a trusted local outlet. Behind the counter, our platform handles the hard work: balances, cut-off times, printing, grading and payouts.
Pick your game and numbers
Choose a draw, a bet type and your numbers at any LLCL outlet.
Get your printed ticket
