1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in games offered by Lotto and Lotteries Company Limited ("LLCL", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ghana (Reg. No. CS286832017) with its head office at Plot B, Santasi, Kumasi. By buying a ticket or using our services you agree to these Terms and to our game rules.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to buy a ticket or claim a prize.
- Tickets bought by or for persons under 18 are void, and no prize will be paid.
- We may ask for valid identification at any time, and always before paying large prizes.
3. Tickets
- A ticket is valid only when printed by a registered LLCL terminal and recorded in our central system.
- Check your ticket before leaving the counter. Errors must be reported to the agent immediately, before the draw closes.
- The ticket is a bearer document. Whoever presents a valid winning ticket may claim the prize, subject to verification. Keep it safe.
- Damaged, altered or illegible tickets may be refused if they cannot be verified against our records.
- If a ticket and our central records differ, our central records prevail.
4. Draws and results
- Staking for each draw closes automatically at the published cut-off time.
- Five numbers are drawn from 1 to 90 for each game. Official results are those recorded and sealed in our draw system.
- If a draw cannot take place as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be rescheduled and tickets remain valid for the rescheduled draw, or stakes may be refunded.
5. Prizes and claims
- Prizes are calculated using the official multipliers for each bet type, as published on our Games page.
- Prizes must be claimed within the claim period stated in our game rules. Unclaimed prizes after that period are forfeited.
- Large prizes go through a claim process including ticket verification and identity checks.
- Prizes may be subject to taxes and deductions required by Ghanaian law.
6. Agents and sellers
Agents and sellers act under a separate agency agreement with LLCL. They must follow our operating rules, including age checks, honest dealing, correct use of terminals and protection of their sign-in PIN. Misuse of the platform may lead to suspension and recovery of any losses.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not tamper with tickets or terminals, attempt to place stakes after cut-off, use the platform for money laundering or fraud, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We will report suspected crimes to the relevant authorities.
8. Website use
Content on this website is for information. While we keep it accurate, game rules, schedules and payouts shown on registered terminals and in our official game rules take precedence. All logos, names and content belong to LLCL and may not be used without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LLCL's liability for any ticket is limited to the stake paid or, for a verified winning ticket, the prize due. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as power or network outages.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved quickly. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
